The Gifford Summer Program is a natural extension to the academic year, but enrollment is open to students who are new to the School. Our staff of teachers and clinicians provides a structured program for middle and high school students that is both recreational and educational, designed to create a smoother return to school in the fall. Summer fun is balanced with learning and enriched with activities and trips.

In all areas of the Summer Program, academics are balanced with relaxed sports, art, drama, and educational field trips.

For high school students, the opportunity to "learn and earn" through prevocational or counselor-in-training programs paired with academic instruction provides a great summer combination.

Gifford's 26-acre campus with woods, pond, sports courts and fields is ideal for summer activities.
