Physical Education

All students participate in the physical education program. Highly structured activities including volleyball, softball, flag football, basketball, floor hockey, track and field, and soccer are a few of the sports that take place on campus.

Physical Education in the Lower School focuses on physical fitness, releasing energy through games, practicing stress management skills, and interacting with others through teamwork. Middle School students build on these concepts with an emphasis on team building and understanding social and spatial relationships.

In addition to participating in team sports and games, High School students are asked to examine their own habits and to participate in regular discussions after reading health-related articles about exercise and the connection to the mind, body, and emotions.
