Parent Support

Being the parent of a Gifford student is a unique and rewarding experience. It is also really challenging.  Every other month during the school year, Gifford parents come together to share ideas, offer support, and brainstorm solutions to complex issues.  Parent support groups are facilitated by our Clinical Director Peter Rosenmeier and offer insight into a variety of topics such as: social skills, coping skills and emotional regulation, anti-bullying, social media, and life transitions just to name a few.

Parent Support Group dates are published on our website, on the back of our school calendar, and reminders are sent by email.

Parent Advisory Council (PAC)

The Gifford School Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is convened by our Clinical Director and meetings are held monthly at The Gifford School. The PAC is an opportunity for parents and guardians to meet, share their ideas, brainstorm and contribute to school activities. Email the MainOffice for PAC meeting dates.
