Who We Are

Gifford is a non-profit, coeducational, therapeutic day school in Weston, Massachusetts. Established in 1964 (originally in Cambridge), we serve approximately 100 students from within a 50 mile radius. Gifford balances educational and clinical approaches to foster students' talents and strengths and address their individual needs.  

The Gifford School provides all students with equal access to services, facilities, and activities regardless of race, color, sex, gender identity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability or homelessness.

The Gifford School mission is to provide a transformative learning experience that helps students develop emotional regulation strategies, social competencies, academic skills, and the executive functioning necessary to achieve their full potential.
